I know putting out last-minute fires is the least exciting part of being a corporate event planner, and it cuts into what you take home. If you use this checklist, my hope is that you cut down on your profit-eating emergencies and have a much smoother (less stressful) event day.
Of course, don’t just download it and forget it. Read it, print it out, or save the digital file with your other event checklists. This way, you’ll cover your bases and be much more prepared for the day of your event!
